With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and two decades of experience in readymade garment factories and its backward linkage industry, Md. Nazrul Kabir his team through the collaborative process of problem-solving in order to give each client a customized solution designed specifically for their needs. His extensive manufacturing experience allows him to see a product’s design life cycle all the way to manufacturing.  He has developed multiple patents through his out-of-the-box thinking and approach to problem-solving. He fills his free time with coaching others in Ekushey Patrika, founding non-profits such as RK Farmhouse, and volunteering with the Lions Club of Chittagong Legend.

SAIFUL ISLAM is a proven sales and business development professional with a track record of exceeding results, a strong negotiator, and a dynamic leader. A fast learner that enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative environment and forging lasting relationships with colleagues and clients. He has a strong sense of entrepreneurship, is a serial entrepreneur, and partners with 2 successful companies that were acquired in RMG industry. He is experienced in developing marketing strategies, and public speaking, and contestant.
